APPCOR heavy duty cyclo-drive mixers have very high overload capacity and withstand shock loads that would break the teeth of gear-and-pinion reducers. The cyclo-drive reducers approach 95% efficiency and have no thermal factor limitations.

With output speeds from 159 RPM down to 27 RPM, Appcor mixers have tremendous pumping capability, far greater than other "portable" type mixers using conventional gearing and operating at higher speeds.

1-1/8" diameter shafts of 316 stainless steel are standard and can deliver more torque than others' smaller shafts.

Depending on the application, we offer 45° or 32° pitched blade turbines, radial flow turbines, hydrofoils, 3-blade marine propellers, or pumping turbines for solvent extraction.

Units are furnished with a fixed base or with clamp type mount. Angle off-center mounting, used when tanks are unbaffled, combine fixed bases with angle risers.

Model CY cyclo-drive mixers are available from 1/4 HP to 3 HP. 1750 RPM, C-face, TEFC motors with cast junction boxes, are standard. Single-phase TEFC motors up to 3/4 HP are optionally available with on-off toggle switch and cord.
